We specialise in high-performance seed potato varieties designed to meet diverse market demands.
Edison– easy to grow, double use: a medium-early French fry variety with strong natural dormancy, making it suitable for long-term and cold storage, and equally well suited as a table potato. Its low nitrogen requirement classifies it as a low-input variety, while its very high resistance to YNTN virus and internal defects makes it an excellent choice for cultivation.
Beethoven – an early processing variety with cream-coloured flesh that reliably achieves good starch values very early on, enabling it to be used in the crisps segment right at the start of the new processing campaign. Its potential is particularly evident in its early, enormous yield combined with homogeneous sorting. It also delivers excellent results in terms of Y virus resistance. Resistant to Ro1 nematodes and cancer pathotype 1.
Odysseus – a medium-late, high-yielding processing variety that is ideal for producing high-quality crisps thanks to its excellent baking quality, starch content, round-oval shape, light yellow colour and flat eyes. Odysseus belongs to the group of low-input varieties, as it copes well with low fertiliser levels. Its strengths also include good tolerance to black leg, scab and black spot. Resistance to nematodes Ro1.
